Broadband Junction

Broadband Junction is a Trading Name of My Big Network Ltd. My Big Network was formed in February 2008 following months of research and development into “Cloud Computing”. The aim was to provide a centralised service that everybody connects to and is maintained by us. In the early days we worked with our customers on a range of different set-ups but all with the aim of having centralised support. Now with the launch of Broadband Junction we have moved to the next level, which for us, is providing end to end connectivity with remote servers and remote support. This enables us to give the best experience when using our products as we need to be able to control as much of the connectivity as possible and using other ISPs does not give us that control.

Broadband Junction is an ISP that aims to provide the best connectivity for Business. All of our back end systems and networks are built in such a way as to provide the best performance for My Big Network's key products, namely Cloud Computing & VoIP; we think this is an aim your business might share and therefore think we have a great product to offer you.

Our Network

We have connectivity in four Data Centres across the UK. Our Transit is provided by several major providers in to Londons Docklands.

We also connect into BT's 20th Century and 21st Century networks to provide the best ADSL coverage.

Our core network is based in our Cheltenham data centre, we run a mix of Linux & Windows OS. All of the data is backed up to our DC in London where we run a replica of our Cheltenham network, this allows us to continue to run if our core network is offline. All of our DCs provide us with UPS protected power and back up generators. Cooling is provided by means of air conditioning except in our Cheltenham DC where the air is cooled by much greener means.
